  • Early 50s style Spanish solid body Blackguard Bass Guitar.
  • Body dated TG 10/30/52. Neck dated TG 2/1/52. Control cavity tape reads Gloria 7/19/52.
  • Maple neck, 9.5” fret board radius with Vintage 80/43 frets, medium D profile shape 0,84″/0,98″ depth 1/12 fret, 1,70″/2,22″ width 1/12 fret.
  • Lightweight example at 4,04 Kg / 8 Pounds 14 Oz.
  • Bass style bridge with custom made early 50s style phenolic resin saddles.
  • Serial number 2028 stamped on neck plate.
  • Aged Butterscotch Blonde nitro lacquer finish on ash body with plenty of weather checking.
  • Neck shows lacquer wear on fingerboard and back.
  • Early 50s style hardware and vintage Blackguard style pickup reads 7,98k ohms.
  • Correct vintage style 1952 Electronic configuration with 1952 style CTS pots and Nacho knobs.
  • The guitar comes with a black phenolic resin pickguard has been lacquered, aged and cut to early 1950s specs.
  • It comes with a rectangular tweed mid 50s style hard case (not aged).
